Societal dynamics require life-long learning. These are challenges,
conventional classroom teaching can address only to a moderate degree. Hence,
education technology has to attempt for providing an answer.

This paper reports on a project to bring not only educational technology to
university teachers, but to provide them also with an environment for
flexible information sharing in the context of on-demand learning.
